Default Will we have an eZine...maybe...

OH, to finish off some answers about SOWPUB...

Dien may eventually have a zine. And a Buy/Sell forum. And Banner advertising.

You know, the whole NINE yards of a web site.

But the primary FOCUS of sowpub is to Create and ACQUIRE quality KNOWLEDGE that can be shared for a very low cost.

Again, Dien and I want to go SLOW at first.

The first month of my old forum had 80,000 hits, and YES, I know that was only 8 guys who each came out 10,000 times...

But we generated a lot of traffic in a very short time. We MAY do the same here, depending on how ready we are to serve that traffic's needs.

I'd rather have a crowd of 10 that contribute and share, than 10,000 who just want to take.

WE want to be different and WE are working HARD to be different.

WE hope to give people what they want. Just may not do it at their SPEED, but we are the Turtles in the race, glad to let the others be the hare.

In Sept. I'll give much more detail about the SQUARE ONE WORKSHOPS and the Opportunity to become a part of it, an exciting future it has too.

In OCT. WE'LL have the GRAND OPENING, which let's the world know we exist.

In NOV. we'll have some Holiday FUN to share, and in DEC. we'll count our blessings and prepare for the New Year.

My personal opinion about an e-zine is this:

It isn't necessary if we maintain a high level of forum participation. You know what is really sad?

To see a site where the guy seems to have disappeared and yet leaves the site up.

It takes about 24 hours before all the seagulls fly over and crap on it...

That is why we have so many moderators here. We don't want the crap. So, we'll keep a high presence on the forum.

There are NO faq's about posting. Post what you want. If it gets deleted for some reason, I or Dien will send you an explanation, unless of course you spammed here, then no explanation is needed...

OK, now I'm really getting back to work, or maybe I'll go get a donut...
