I have to admit, I don't get the whole Bieber thing (I guess as a 53-year-old male that is to be expected ...), but this youtube video, which popped up next to the one you posted above ...

this did get to me.

the kid was making an appearance somewhere, with tons of people. some young fan was crying ... i guess she didn't get to see him or something ... watch the video, and listen to the people ... very entertaining (it's short, too!)
