Default UGH! Audio!

Okay, this is a little off the topic of the bread recipe, but I couldn't help myself. I noticed (well, couldn't help noticing) that the post contained audio. I know there has been a lot of talk about adding audio to a website and the poster was considerate enough to add controls so I could shut it off but I think it was out of place.

If, you feel the need to include audio, please - set it so that the visitor must hit the play button to hear it. It is extremely irrating to be blasted by sound when not expecting it (especially of you are listening to something else and the audio replaces it). I don't like someone else making the choice of what i listen to.

Thanks,

Tam

> Recipe Two

> 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
> 2 cups bread flour
> 1 cup whole wheat flour
> 1/4 cup wheat germ
> 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
> 1 teaspoon salt
> 2 tablespoons butter
> 3/4 cup golden raisins
> 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
> 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
> 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45
> degrees C)

> Directions

> 1 Place ingredients in the pan of the bread
> machine in the order suggested by the

> setting and Start.
> 2 After the first rise, remove the bread
> from the bread machine. Shape into two

> 3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for
> 35 to 40 minutes.
