Anyhow, today's was the thickest it has been in a year. Maybe Easter? Maybe Spring?

Many of these in the past, especially supermarkets became one page things, now back to four. So, is this a good sign? I don't know.

Pent up hope for restoration to normalcy, whatever that was. Restrictions being lifted, like ya all TEXAS is full on OPEN (ALTHOUGH there is the conspiracy theory the governor created the power outage, just to be able to say HE wasn't keeping people pent up...better QAnon on that one).

Seeing thicker print ads, well, I take it as a good sign.

But then I do indulge myself with wishful thoughts.
Hi Gordon,

Here's another sign of hope!

I like to follow somewhat the thoughts of geopolitical analyst Peter Zeihan...

In his latest video, Zeihan says - with the new Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and with the latest increase in the manufacturing pace of the other vaccines - that by 1 April, there should be enough vaccines in the USA to vaccinate 130 million people.

Given that there are 225 million Americans over age 18, that means around 57% of Americans over 18 will be able to get vaccinations... Which is a great pace!

Which leads the way to opening things up sooner rather than later...

He has a caveat, which are these new variants in the Covid virus... Like the UK variant, the South African variant, and the Brazilian one... However, he is even optimistic regarding that...

The rest of the world may lag behind a little, though, compared to North America...

(In Australia, we're doing okay so far, mainly through past severe lockdowns, though it's now opened up, and also by closing the border to most people... Even Australians overseas are finding it hard to get in...)

Anyway, I'm feeling optimistic for the future!

Best wishes,

Dien
