Default One of scores of info products, never seeing daylight.

The sales copy...

I lost 10 pounds in 22 days stuffing my mouth with delicious waffles.

I had a reunion in a month, and I wanted to lose weight fast. Instead of starving myself to thinness, I ate, ate and ate some more. The more I ate, the more weight I lost.

Magic? NO. Because I was eating delicious and nutrient loaded waffles, I wasn't hungry, had a lot more energy and actually enjoyed trying new recipes.

You'll need a mini waffle iron, and my recipe book. You can shop Amazon or Google for the best price on the small waffle iron, I paid less than ten bucks for mine at Walmart.

How can stuffing your piehole with these "carbs" help you lose weight?

By NOT using standard and regular waffle recipes.

It is easy, if you are motivated. I make a breakfast waffle, some for lunch, dinner, and snacks. Each type of Waffle is different, and go from sweet to tangy, spicy and savory. I show you how to make your own healthy waffle mix...and include recipes for Vegans, pizza lovers, Low fat, diabetes (I have Type II), and specialty waffles for those with diverticulous and celiac.

Wheat free, fat free, sugar free...or loaded with sweetness, you can eat a waffle several times a day and lose weight and if you exercise, becuase you will have the caloric energy to do so, if you exercise and eat delicious waffles, you'll be amazed at how fast the fat falls off.

Here are ten recipes, of the more than 50 recipe variations ln the pdf file you'll download in a moment:

Sausage or Bacon Breakfast
Blueberry muffin like
Cinnamon Crunch
Pizza to Order
Taco and burrito style
Hamburger and Cheeseburger
Potato and Onion
Oatmeal and dates.
Quinoa and Pumpkin
Sorghum and Barley
Sound yummy?

I love to eat, and maybe even a little bit like Oprah, I like bread. But eating bread and losing weight, well, good luck with that O. But Waffles, which are like a piece of Texas Toast, and stuffed with delicious combinatitons fulfill are your cravings for carbs.

And because you can custom create waffle varieties for your specific health needs, you can stay healthy, while eating all you want and even find joy in coming up with new recipes (which I will buy from you if you do).

This little ten dollar waffle iron was the best buy I've ever made for my kitchen which includes George Foreman grills, Instapots, Convection Microwave, steamers, pressure cookers, slow cook crock pots.

Honestly, almost all of those devices don't get very much use these days. I spend a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon, football game on the screen, while I prep for the week, and make a whole bunch of waffles to be used throughout the week. I can freeze them if I want, but mostly just keep them in the fridge in a plastic container with a lid.

Then, just pop them into the toaster over, or toaster, or even microwave for a few seconds, and I have my meals.

A "meal" for me, is normally 3 waffles. I like a savory, then a veggie, and then a "sweet" waffle. Normally I am full after that.

But then, I make snack waffles to nibble on throughout my day, my favorite is oatmeal raisin "cookie waffle" You'll find the recipe in the book.

Just showing some of the info, never brought to market, and the stored value of my cooking experiences, which includes 3 schools, submarine, train, church, restaurant, catering, soup kitchen...and survival...

Is just not going to get shared

LISTEN, I preach stored value, and although I've gotten some of it to the market place, MOST of it is never going to get there.

What I would have done differently, is I might have licensed it, or done a JV where I would have gotten an ongoing small % of sales.

So, do as I say, as well as I do...but even I don't do as much as I can.

What are you storing away for the casket?
