We don't qualify, but even if we did, I doubt we'd be interested.
What is it your banner is selling, or linking to?
Your best bet is to get it on sites with the kind of traffic your offer matches, this post makes it sound like, you are just looking for numbers.
Me? I'd rather have 100 TARGETED people hit my banner than 1000 uninterested people a day NOT hitting it.
