Default Will there be a new hybrid holiday, combining Halloween and Christmas?

Here's an interesting development…

It's called "Hallowmas" !

That's right - targeting a combination of Halloween and Christmas…

Where is this appearing?

Twix (the candy bar) has created a kind of zombie Santa Claus to celebrate!

You can see a picture below...

That's one of the developments that just happened!

Will we see "Hallowmas", with a ghoulish Santa Claus and perhaps undead elves, recur next year, and be taken up by others?

I guess we'll see!

Best wishes,

Dien

P.S. I have a five year old daughter… I haven't run the concept of "Hallowmas" by her yet, but knowing her, she'd probably love the combination of scariness, along with presents!

P.P.S. Maybe the next development is HallowThanksMas!

Default Why My Bet is Xmas and Halloween NEVER Combine

Thanks Dien,

Maybe TWIX candy is desperate.

OR

Maybe they are trying to Ride the TAILS of Two Big Holidays.

In the REAL World which do you think is MORE Profitable?

A Combo of Xmas and Halloween.

OR

Separate holidays so Marketers can SELL TWICE instead of once.

No contest, right?

Glenn

P.S. - Let's consult MARKETING GENIUS Taylor Swift.

I just saw a video where she ANSWERS the HATERS who criticize
her new album.

SHOWGIRLS.

TS says, "I Really appreciate you TALKING up my new music. Criticism
is GOOD. As long as you are talking about my Album. That is good news.

Translation - "Makes me Munny."

MAYBE We are asking WRONG Question Dien.

Maybe we should ask, "Does combining the 2 Holidays SELL MORE STUFF for Xmas And Halloween - via A Twix Bar?

Answer - YES - probably.
