need your advice and maybe co-op

Greeting Friends,

We need you advice. We have a family where the child has a rare desease and need a surgery. Couple businesses come together and offer them a help by giving away our services.

The money they supposed to pay us(or whatever they feel they want to donate), will be donated to their account. The surgery must be in middle of the March 2003. We want to make media and newspaper involve and help us raise the money by letting more people know about this child.

We don't know how to organize and put all thinks together.

Any sugestions or advices?
