Default Do you live in the USA?

If so...

a good place to start might be your local
Small Business Association.

BTW... what type of business are you thinking
about starting. Many wise and helpful folks
visit this forum. You might pick up an idea
or two. ;o)

Hope that helps.

Kind Regards.

Default Re: starting a business

Greetings,

When I started a business... I went to my local chamber of commerce and picked up my business license application. They told me everything I needed to know - what they didn't tell me, the government did when they granted me my business license.

What no one did, was warn me about picking such a ridiculous name - Hungry Dinosaur Creations. The name means something entirely different to me :) but probably looks pretty ridiculous (maybe scary?) to most people. Oh well, business has been good anyway :)
