Default Richard Branson...

Dien has posted before on Richard Branson. I've been meaning to pick up his "Virginity" book for quite a while and finally did.

I can say it's a book anybody interested in business should read.

At first someone may be amazed by Branson's creation of one successful business after another but he did a couple things that helped his chances of success considerably.

"VLP's" and "JV's"

In other words Very-Leveraged People and Joint Ventures.

Branson was able to recognize the need for people that could generate mega-sales with minimal effort.

I'm convinced that the easiest way to increase sales is combining the right product with the right prospect list with the right offer with the right VLP. Your sales can skyrocket AND most importantly they skyrocket without an added increase in marketing expenses. Salton sold about $5 million dollars of goods per year before the arrival of George Foreman... Within three years George increased sales well over $200 million. Trust me the VLP system works--it knocks the socks off any other marketing technique out there from "Viral" to "Email" to "Direct Mail".

He also found people that could do things much better than he could... And most importantly he allowed them to do the job.

How many of us try to do everything all on our own with virtually no help from anyone? Anymore I would rather split the profits with someone that can do certain parts of the business better than I instead of me trying to do everything.

Take care,

Mike Winicki
