Specials Board

Ok, when Mr. Alm started the thread on the specials board idea I started to seriously think about beginning my own program locally. Well, I had a skilled cabinet maker build a board similar to the one Mr. Alm created. I did modify it slightly to make it unique, but it is basically pretty much the same as his. Anyway, I am about ready to approach restaurant owners. Before I do that I need to create a contract. I have never done this before, so I am stumbling around. I would appreciate advice on what I should put in the contract to protect myself.
