I did all 5 steps you recommended.
I'm still can not download updates. :(
When I create new item after 2nd step the message
'XML document must have a top level element' appears.

Is there any other way to upload many items at one time?

Thanks,

If your computer running Windows 98 freezes, locks up a lot and gives you the Blue screen then here is what you need to do. Up the RAM to 128 megabytes (at least, the more the better) make sure you have removed all adware and spyware programs, and make sure you have at least 3.5 gigs of free hard drive space on your C Drive. Also... if your desktop is full of icons and programs, move them to a directory some place.

Once you have this done... listen to your hard drive. Over worked hard drives chatter all of the time. If it still chatters all of the time after completing the above steps, then you have missed something.

Best Regards,
