Trend Spotting

Hi, Is there any way to quickly search for new or up and coming trends without spending hours trawling through search engine results? I've heard about some software "trend miner" I think, but it's out of my price range. Ideas anyone?

Search for Google Trends. You need a google account like gmail or Google plus but it is free.

I was looking for something that provided the same sort of data as TrendMiner Pro but without the same price tag.

Hi Paul,

Do you have Micro Niche Finder? This software is by James Jones that used to post quite a bit here. He has videos that show what you can do with the software. It is more in line with what you want to do. And it is a better price then TrendMinder.

Also google insights showes the % of increase at the bottom of the page. In fact I just did the search for the example from the video on treandminder and the same trends come up with Pandora jewlery. and it is free.

Hey Paul,

If you're really interested in TrendMinderPro send Jack Duncan an email asking him if he'll sell you a license at the price you can afford. It often helps to explain your specific situation without sounding whiney.

You could even offer to write some articles or do some other work in trade if he's interested.
