Default Writing can help heal your physical wounds...!

Did you know that writing can help physically heal your wounds? That's what one incredible study found...

If you have ever had a cut, scrape, or something more serious - then read on!

And why isn't the medical establishment telling us about this?

Just writing about your most traumatic experiences, can make your physical wounds heal faster.

This New Zealand study took 49 healthy adults, aged from 64 to 97. They were asked to write for 20 minutes per day.

Half of them were asked to write for three days about their most traumatic and upsetting experiences in life, going into the deepest and most private thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

The other half were just asked to write for three days about their ordinary, daily activities.

They then received a skin biopsy (which ends up in a small flesh wound). They then measured how fast this wound healed...

On the 11th day after the biopsy, in those who wrote about their everyday activities, 42.1% of the wounds had healed.

However, for those who wrote about their traumatic and upsetting experiences, on the 11th day after the biopsy, 76.2% of their wounds had healed!

That's just a little less than double the healing rate!

I read about the study here...

Could it work for other illnesses, too (apart from physical wounds)? Imagine if it could! I wouldn't be surprised, because the human mind is a very powerful thing!

It wouldn't hurt to try it out...!

Meanwhile... don't keep this information to yourself. Share this with others, so more can benefit, too...

Best wishes,

Dien

Here's a link to a summary of the original study, as it was published in a medical journal...

Not many people know about this. Now you are one of the few who know!
