Default AI... versus a real human connection...

I've been keeping an eye on the whole new AI (artificial intelligence) developments... which have been "unleashed" in particular by ChatGPT...

It's dawned on me... I believe this will enhance the value of AUTHENTICITY...

As more and more "content" becomes created by AI... I believe that "authenticity" will become more valuable...

People will want to KNOW that what they are reading, or watching, or listening to... was created by a REAL HUMAN!

So... the better you can establish that you are "authentic" and really creating your own stuff... and not "outsourcing" it to AI... the more "valuable" it will be, in the eyes of many in the public...

Many people will want a REAL HUMAN CONNECTION... So if you can establish that, it will become increasingly valuable, in my opinion...!

The value of AI is it can churn things out fast... It can write a generic article in a few seconds, which might take a real human 30 minutes up to hours...

BUT... in areas where a real human connection is valued, being able to prove that you are a "real human" will have value in itself...!

Best wishes,

Dien

P.S. In other news, CNET (a prominent technology media website) has already outsourced much of its writing to AI... and its AI has been caught plagiarizing from its competitors!

Dien,

You made an interesting point. Being human.

That being said there are companies that can clone human voices.

Eleven labs does a good job of it and even allows you to pay a small fee and it will clone your voice.

Now, you combine this ability with Chat AI and you have a number of problems!

How can you tell if a voice you hear was actually created by a real person?

Imagine someone cloning someone famous?

Or on the business side... What about a radio station or internet ad service using a cloned voice and AI to do the selling on commercials? Or even do the selling on cable channel commercials? Many, many voice actors are now out of business!

Doesn't bode well.

This technology will allow those who can't read or the blind to hear a book without paying very high prices to do so, etc. There could be some benefits, although I think more problems could arise rather than benefits.

Whew!

Basically it's a change that we'll have to adapt to.

Whether that's interpreted as good or not good will vary from person to person but (so far at least) our species has coped with change.

In music (which AI is getting quite good at creating such as here) it's just one more step from regular instruments to a $100 program that can synth anything (Ableton's starter version).

In art, I'm not an expert but I'd struggle to separate some genres - I like some of the sci-fi stuff for instance.

Words vary but it's getting better and it has passed the bar exam

Fun times!

Default *Naked Nuns w/Big Guns* Versus Ai Robot Copywriting

Thanks Dien,

After Laughing Out Loud when I spotted this Movie Title.

*Naked Nuns w/Big Guns*

I Realized it's a Double Decker Copywriting HEADLINE Template.

Naked Nuns - Two Words That Don't belong together

and

"Nuns w/Guns" - Two More Words You Don't SEE together.

J. K. Rowling put 1000's of kids in The Hospital with DRUG LIKE Symptoms.
Using - layer after layer of Word Pictures.

I never THUNK to Put two Word Pictures
in The SAME HEADLINE.

"Naked Nuns w/Big Guns"

OK.

THINKING CAP ON.

What Wacky Story can We TELL in a way a ROBOT cannot?

"Naked Plastic Blocks Instead of Rocks"

"Naked Plastic Bricks Done in 2 Clicks

"Naked See Thru Bricks for Kicks"

"Naked Plastic Bricks Done in 2 Clicks

One of my Realtor Clients called EXCITED.

"Elon Musk Has sold all his Houses. Moved into a tiny 50K Home in Boca
near his Rocket Company."

I watched a few Videos.

Read some articles.

Elon is down-playing what he DID. But ACTIONS Speak Louder than Words.

So I started looking for ways to Down-size too.

Self Made Billionaires ALWAYS
ACT a Year or Two Ahead of MAJOR CHANGES.

=====
So Watch What they DO. Not what they Say. Not what You SEE in The News.
=====

THEN - I stumbled across two kids playing with Foot long Plastic Building Blocks. They Built a fort. And a wall. Then knocked it down.

But I noticed the Large Plastic Blocks Fit Together Like L**GO blocks.

No Brand name.

Looked on Amazon.com - Nothing.

Googled until I Finally found this bald Buy on you tube. In his Interview on Youtube.com - he said he had sold a biz.

Watched his twin boys playing with blocks. And they asked him for something BIGGER. So he Created a New Company.

I Watched a couple Dozen Different Videos.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmMkkNIQgzo

Then Tracked the Company that BOUGHT his Startup down to Minneapolis Minnesota.

Bought a DO-IT-YOURSELF Plastic Brick WALL.

My Plan?

Build a Temporary Wall. Separate the Small area I Live in from The Rest of The House. (SAVE a Bundle on Heat and AC) Kitchen & Family room.

I - Burn Less Wood. Use The Fireplace as BackUp Heat for when We Lose Electric Power. (We lost power out here in BORING, Maryland for 9 Hours Last week. 2 Neighbors pipes froze. Not me. I Burned wood like Crazy in Negative 4 Wind-chill temps.)

II - Use Cheap Heat Panels (No moving Parts) to Heat a tiny area of the house.

III - Close the Door to Laundry room. Close the door To Dining room and Living Room. Wall off the Hallway leading to 4 Bedrooms and 2 Baths.

IV - Turn off The Furnace. Stop Buying Fuel Oil.

Pocket Thousands.

That's my plan.

I'll Let You Know when I get my Wall Built.

Thanks,
Glenn
