Default A coronavirus-free way to open packaged deliveries

You may not know of this, but the coronavirus can "survive" on surfaces, and infect you.

Research* shows it lasts the least amount of time on copper surfaces, then cardboard. It lasts the longest on stainless steel and plastic...

(Exactly how long it "survives" also depends on the temperature. The hotter it is, the more likely the coronavirus will become deactivated.)

Therefore, when you get a package, there could be "active" coronavirus on it.

How can you open a delivered package, and make sure you don't get infected from the packaging?

This article tells you what to do, to make sure you're safe...

Best wishes,

P.S. What Gordon says here is also critically important...

Default Here's How I Handle Package Delivery and Opening of Boxes

Thanks Gordon,

Last week I got a pair of shoes.

And Bread Flour in a big box.

25 pounds of flour.

I Brought BOTH boxes inside. Put them on the Floor.
Washed my hands.

Then let them sit on the floor for 3 days. Opened everything and put it away.

A Week Later I feel Fine.

So my method Seems to have worked.

Glenn

This method sounds pretty reliable, so I'll try this one. Thanks.
