An amazing entrepreneurial movie to watch...

I just watched a pretty amazing movie (from a business point of view)!

It shows a lot of the things you could go through in a business...

Having your idea stolen by others.
Problems (and successes) of manufacturing your product overseas.
Going to a trade show - and selling a lot of your product...

It's not a well-known film... But very educational! It's also based on a true story, too...

Well-worth watching!

Well worth a watch! (Educational, too!)

This is the only movie I know which covers someone making moolah with novelty products... (Think pet rock, but for the 2000s!)

The fact is, the movie is based on a true story! And in fact, the guy who it happened to, wrote the script!

I don't want to give away the plot, but the guy who this happened to first came up with this idea for dog watches... Where you could have a watch with one of 20 different breeds on it. People with a dog would want one! But... The idea got stolen.

Then, he came up with a different idea. (Spoiler follows... Highlight the following with your cursor to read it...) Talking beer bottle openers...

When I first read of the plot, I thought... Man, couldn't they get a more realistic storyline??!?!

But then... I read a bit more... to find out that this really happened!

The story of the movie is itself interesting... The guy who made these products, took his millions and... decided to make a movie! That's how he came to write a script... and effectively produced the movie, based on what happened to him...

Check it out if you come across it, or order the DVD or whatever... There aren't too many good entrepreneurial movies out there, but this one's a good one!
