Default 3 sure fire, tested and proven formulas for making your $$$$

3 formulas:

Good: Product + Promotion + Prospect + Payment = $$

Better: Prospect + Product + Promotion + Payment = $$$

Best: Prospect + Promotion + Product + Payment =$$$

Some definitions:

Product= digital, sofware, thing, or service people buy, want and/or need.
Prospect= Person (or entity) with the ability to pay for your product and preferably has the WANT/NEED or shows interest.

Promotion= The intersection where your prospect is presented your product and where they can buy. Could be TV, radio, print, online, in store, etc.

PAYMENT= A transfer of VALUE.

Examples. Good- QVC, Home Shopping Network. Retail stores with ads. Restaurants, service and trades businesses. eBay. Amazon.

Better- Facebook groups, direct mail, phone calls to specific markets. It is better because you have a TARGET in mind, via a list or group or somehow, you have a specific person or group in your sights.

BEST- You find your HOT prospects via your promotion. In some instances, you don't even need to have the product done. Your prospects help you create it.

Why is this last one the best? Well, let me qualify that, OK?

It is the best way for us small one man bands (although it was tested and proven by 100 million dollar a year companies) to create products we KNOW are going to sell.

It is the SURE thing.

Now, fortunes have been made with all 3 formulas. Examples are JOY MANGANO, the inventor of the Miracle Mop and several other inventions.

She is the 1 in a 100, or maybe even 1 in 1000, INVENTORS who strike it rich. She thought of the PRODUCT first, then had to figure out how to sell it.

Again, many fortunes have been made this way, we often refer to Harvey Brody and his Zoom Spout Oiler, Harvey has done pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good with his invention.

So if you are an inventor or creator by all means continue on, just know it is a slower process, takes time and more often than not does not make any money for you.

Better- Someone buys a DVD player, inside is the warranty card and an OFFER for some DVD's for a discount price. Anyone marketing to a list of people who have bought something, is in a position to cash in relatively quickly. AND because you know they have spent money on something they wanted, you create/acquire a COMPLIMENTARY product for them. They are at the ready to part with some moolah.

Best- You have a target group in mind, a so-called starving crowd, BUT, before you build your hamburger stand, you SURVEY them, or offer choices or get them to participate. THEN, when you see what people want, you build your food stand, maybe it is TACOS, maybe VEGAN, maybe a hamburger stand but you feed the people WHAT THEY WANT.

This is why it is the BEST formula to get some $$$$ flying into your pocket.

Default The thing is. (Heavy on Opinion)

The above formulas COULD be all a motivated person needs to have an AH-HA moment.

But, the thing is, here in USA public schools our general curosity gets educated out of us by the time we are 12. After that, we are told who we are and what track we are on.

By high school, you are smart, on an AP Good College track, smart enough for college, or you are put into the "trades" track, or REMEDIAL (mostly college bound athletes who can't read)...OR the DUMMIES track, like mine was.

We were the guys who they didn't think would graduate and didn't want to waste any time on, so we were told to take whatever we wanted, chances are we would be gone soon anyhow.

But the POINT is, most of our questioning is taken out of us by 12.

Best stated by Harry Chapin in his song, FLOWERS ARE RED.

Flowers are red young man
Green leaves are green
There's no need to see flowers any other way
Than the way they always have been seen


So, I talk or communicate to people every day, and day after day, I find people who aren't asking the right questions, maybe they don't how, or don't know any better.

How about making money. What if I could give you a 40 year tested and proven plan which could take you to a quarter of a million dollars a year and provide you with overwhelming proof, from thousands of people...who all followed the same plan?

Too many would say, "let me in", without even asking the WHAT question.

The FACT that thousands of people have done it, and can be proven, oftens sets off this mindset: IF THEY DID IT, SO CAN I.

In fact this is exactly what these people tell you, "If I did it, so can you."

What is it?

AMWAY and MLM, NETWORK marketing. Absolutely proven. Undeniable.

Yet, for every 1000 success stories, there may be 100,000 who tried and quit.

Wasn't the plan. That has been show to work.

The question 100,000 should have asked is, Do I want to do this? Some need to start and find out because they don't know if they can or can't. In these cases it is a good thing to try new things out to see if they fit.

But at some point, probably around the age of 35, most people have a pretty good idea of what they can, can't or DON'T WANT TO DO.

Yet, they will jump in, try this or that with the hope something will be different, and they expect this OPPORTUNITY will be THE ONE, when in fact it is hardly ever the opportunity, it is always the person. I don't know if Eienstein actually said it, but truly, "insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results".

I see it everyday, hear it everyday, watch it unfold everyday.

Take the 3 formulas above and add in Glenn's post, and there is a ton of evidence in his post, that #3, is a great way to find a winner without spending a lot of money.

OK, this month, Jan. 2018, 3 people have asked me the same exact question on three very different subjects, totally unrelated but all having to do with Biz-Op.

They asked, "How many people do you know who are doing this?"

I'm miffed. Stupefied.

There are 1200 spots in MLB. Those 1200 are signed to big league contracts.

Say you are a high school all star in your state, 15 from each state, 750 potential ball players, most going to college, but that is just USA, add in the Latino players and you see the odds stacking up against a high school stand out. Now, that is way low, in fact thousands of kids go to college on baseball scholarships.

But so what? Yes, you will be competing against thousands of players for one of the coveted 1200 spots, actually, only 750 active during the regular season.

What do the numbers have to do with YOU?

If you dream and work hard at becoming a successful baseball player, what difference does it make how many are doing it?

If I told you I knew 100 Chattelers, you gonna NOT do it? What if I knew only 5, or 500?

If I told you I know 250 successful INFOPRENEURS, you gonna let that influence you, you gonna think, "well no room for me, all those slots are taken".

There is a 12 year old kid in the Dominican Republic who will be playing MLB, I'd bet the farm on it, yet his access to scores of great fields, top flight equipment, excellent coaching is nothing compared to what the 12 year old American has...

But he does what he has to do.

NO matter how many others are doing it. No matter how limited the slots are.
NO matter the numbers, he is singularly focused, and asks himself the right question every day, what can I do today to get better?

Don't worry about what other people are doing.

Ask the right questions.

If you don't know what they are, I'll be glad to tell you.

I was VERY INTERESTED in how Serial Entrepreneur Bob Morrison
PRE-TESTED All his various products in 15 Different Industries.

***He Did Postcard mailings BEFORE B*UYING a Business.

***He did Snail Mail Tests to Find the Best S*elling Headlines.

Which is how he came up with -

"Why SOB's Succeed In Business And Nice Guys Fail"
Which has s*old about 500,000 copies - Direct to Bob - so he keeps all the $.

Bob told me he he ACCIDENTALLY S*old
to a Church List - he rented.

More Complaints but it s*old like CRAZY.

So he rented More Church names.

I REALLY Studied what Bob was doing.

Referred to Bill Myers.

Bill Was S*elling stuff to the "Best Market in the world" in his and Gary Norths
Opinion. People who are Preparing for the END of The World or For the
Russians or Chinese to INVADE are Fantastic Customers.

A - BECAUSE IF we get invaded and killed - NOBODY can Complain about your product.

B - BECAUSE IF we Survive - Your B*uyers are basically HAPPY to Be Alive. (AGAIN - You are Golden.)

Bill's PRE-Testing System was Similar to Bob's.

But BETTER - in my Opinion.

But Both Mentors Found a way to PRE-TEST (fast and Cheap) so that IF they
found lots and lots of b*uyers - only THEN would they create the Product.

If their tests BOMBED, they Quit before they wasted time on a Product
nobody wanted.

ACTION SUMMARY -

I now do something similar VIA Email - instead of Direct Mail.

A - Come up with an idea for a Book or mp3 Audio book
based on something We Already do that is Very Successful.

B - Write a "Working" Headline and Write an Outline of about 20 Chapters

C - Then I go thru my Shoebox Collection of Proven Million Dollar Headlines
from around the world. Write and Adapt 11 or 20 headlines.

D - ASK My Customer list to VOTE On Which ONE of the 10 or 15 Headlines
Adapted from proven Titles - THEY LIKE BEST.

IF I Get Very Few Votes.

I SCRAP THE Book idea.

However.

IF I get Lots and Lots of VOTES from Folks - My Tests Show that
50% or more of the Voters will go on to B*uy the Book - they just VOTED
ON.

So I Write the book.

This is my Long-winded way of saying I AGREE with You.

Test First - Then Create The Product
is My Personal Preference.

You have given us a million dollar template, we apprciate your posting.

What most don't recognize or acknowledge is, YOU are one of the top Gurus, if you don't mind being called it, meant as a measurement of your knowledge...and you generously share what you have learned from your many mentors with us.

What you have, however, and what is lacking in so many people...is

the CURIOSITY of HOW.

And I address this in my OPINION.

You ask the right questions when you meet with these successful people.

I assert, MOST people don't know how to ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS, mainly because their curiosity has been educated out of them.

Perhaps.

The Definition of "GURU" may not be what it used to be.

IN MY OPINION:

Definition of AN EXPERT - Someone who has Concentrated on ONE SUBJECT
for six months.

Definition of a GURU - Someone Who Has Focused and Concentrated on
ON SUBJECT for 365 days or more.

Without Coffee or RedBull
Damage to your brain.

Without PERMANENT Brain Damage
Due to Thousands of phone and text Cell Phone Messages.

SURVEY SAYS - (I googled these 2 facts.)

***80% of Americans drink 1 cup of coffee or more a day.

***The Pew Research Center IN 2017 said, "95% of Americans Own a Cell Phone.
And 77% have a SMART PHONE."

There simply are Not Many Of Us
Non-Coffee drinking - Non-Cell Phone using Folks left.

Maybe there is not much Competition.
