There are Many Local portal type concepts out there coming in all shapes and sizes...

Unfortunately the Problem...

You have to Market them exceptionally well and know how to Get Google to Love you...

I havent found a local portal for jackson, miss...well, one...and that is an
adjunct to the local paper...
and

I am gonna use a direct mail to get people on the site...or that is my plan anyway ...
