Default Floods in Ohio? -

GJA - are you ok??

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/6959073.stm

This has been a very strange year, weather-wise. We're all bound to know someone who has been caught up in this.

Best
Margaret

Default Thanks for asking Margaret, I'm fine...we did get some local flooding...

but thankfully, we didn't get it as hard as other parts of Ohio. Summit County sits pretty high up, but neighboring counties get hit harder.

I have a friend in Findlay, OH who still has a foot of water in his house. We don't get flooded very often...and the last time I personally got flooded out was less an effect of the weather, and more the fault corrupt govt officials...who allowed OUR water drains to be connected with a NEW development's sewer system.

I feel for anyone who has been in a FLOOD, unless they have insurance, it will be a costly hit to their wallets...but that is nothing compared to those that lost lives with this weather.

And you are right, it's crazy.

Thanks for asking,

GJA
