Do you have an archive section?

We do not have an archive section of past issues and nor is one planned. It would not be fair for someone to subscribe for one quarter and have access to all the back issues which others received by subscribing for many many months. Because it would not be fair to our loyal subscribers to let new-comers have all the back issues we do not have an archive section.

If you wish to get copies of back issues you must first become a subscriber - even if only quarterly - then email us at [email protected] for prices.

Can I get a sample issue for free to see if I like it?

Free sample issues are not available. If you are unsure whether The Great Ideas Letter is for you, subscribe for one quarter. If, after that time, you decide The Great Ideas Letter is not for you, you can unsubscribe. The worst that can happen is you get three month's worth of The Great Ideas Letter plus the bonus report "The Quickstart Guide To Making Money Now With Booklets and Special Reports" with Jimmy Krug, Jim Galiano and Anne Krug (Value $27.00).

Hint: If you are not willing to "risk" the measly cost of a three month subscription, then you are most likely not willing to "risk" larger sums of money on any business venture at all. And so you just might be better off not subscribing to The Great Ideas Letter.

Do I need a certain level of education to act on the ideas written about in The Great Ideas Letter?

The ideas presented in The Great Ideas Letter do not require tertiary qualifications, where possible. Some ideas may require you to obtain a new skill. But most of the time this is an easily obtained skill you can teach yourself at home - no need to attend a formal class, if you do not want to.

Nor do you need to have attained a certain level of math or english skill. If you can read, write and work a calculator you can operate most of the businesses we write about in The Great Ideas Letter.

Will I need to spend a lot of money to start the ideas covered in The Great Ideas Letter?

If you already have the necessary equipment an idea may require, your only expense to start will be a few spare bucks for advertising. Many of the ideas we test only require an ad to be run to start. In fact, one of the first ideas we tested was started with a 12 word ad, and that business is still going.

On occasion, you may need equipment to proceed with an idea we cover. In those instances we show you how to start without outlaying large amounts of money to get the equipment and we show you how to start on a shoestring budget. Either way, we try to keep total expenses to start and be up and making a profit to below $500 - for less than $500 you can start and turn a profit and allow the business to be self-funded.

I have Web TV. Can I subscribe to The Great Ideas Letter?

Yes, however, not with your Web TV account. Unfortunately, Web TV cannot read PDF files - which is the format The Great Ideas Letter is delivered in.

What you would have to do is get yourself a Yahoo account (or some other web-based email account) and then access and print off each issue of The Great Ideas Letter by going to an Internet Cafe.

Ideally, you would get yourself a computer to access the Internet. But if cost is prohibitive, then using a web-based email account combined with an Internet cafe is the best option for you.

If I don't like it can I unsubscribe myself or do I have to ask you to do it?

You can unsubscribe yourself. After you subscribe you receive a confirmation email. That confirmation email contains a link you can use to unsubscribe yourself at any time. If you lose that email and ask us to unsubscribe you, we will send you that link again so you can do it yourself. The email we send will also let you know that should you have problems with the link, to let us know and we will unsubscribe you manually.

After trying out The Great Ideas Letter for one quarter and liking it, I want to change my subscription from Quarterly to Yearly, how do I do it?

First, let us know. We will then guide you through unsubscribing from Quarterly and then resubscribing to Yearly when your Qaurterly subscription has ended. Because we use a Third Party Payment Processor and never know your credit card details, we cannot credit your quarterly subscription. You have to first see out the one quarter subscription and then resubscribe.

It sounds complicated but it very easy - as many subscribers who have gone from Quarterly to Yearly can attest to.

Can I subscribe using PayPal?

Yes. You can subscribe using Paypal quarterly from the main page. You can also subscribe for one year (without recurring billing). Please click here to subscribe to The Great Ideas Letter for one year using PayPal.

Do you offer a Money-Back Guarantee in case I don't like it?

There is no money-back guarantee. If you are unsure about the quality of The Great Ideas Letter, or don't know if it is something you will like, subscribe for one quarter and try it out. This is a low cost, low risk way to try The Great Ideas Letter to see if you like it, and you still get the bonus material. Remember also, that The Great Ideas Letter is put out by Michael Ross and Dien Rice - two long time, well known Internet veterens regarded highly online for their integrity and quality products.

How often is The Great Ideas Letter published?

The Great Ideas Letter is published once a week on a Wednesday. Those in the U.S.A. and Canada get it Wednesday morning, those in the U.K. get it early Wednesday afternoon and those in Australia and N.Z. get it late Wednesday evening.

Can I subscribe using a web-based email account or do I have to use my ISP-provided email account?

While using your ISP-provided email account is preferable, we understand any concerns you may have about giving that email address out so you can use a web-based email account (free or otherwise) to subscribe. Note, however, that some free web-based email accounts may have filters which delete attachments - and even an entire email which contains an attachment.

What format is The Great Ideas Letter delivered in?

The Great Ideas Letter is delivered via email as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. And you need the PDF Reader from Adobe to read it. If you don't already have the PDF Reader you can get it for free from Adobe by going here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Is The Great Ideas Letter checked for viruses?

The Great Ideas Letter is sent out virus free. First, it is put together and compiled on a virus free computer which is isolated from the Internet. After being transfered to an Internet-connected computer it is scanned again to make sure there are no viruses. It is then sent via email to another computer in another state as a test to make sure everything is okay. It is then scanned again at the other end of the test to make certain the file is fine. When you combine the stringent testing and scaning done with the fact that PDF files are not conducive to being infected with viruses of any kind, you get a virus free file.

I am cautious about giving my credit card details to just anyone. How do I know you won't double and triple charge me?

We never know your credit card number because all payment processing is handled by a Payment Processor who keeps your credit card details confidential. We use PayPal and 2Checkout to handle the transactions. They have to follow the strict policies which are set by the credit card companies, banks and government bodies responsible for money transactions, so your details are quite safe.

I have a question that is not answered here. How do I find an answer?
