Quite a few years ago I published a good-sized book called Outrageous Marketing For Magicians.

Recently, I was asked to do an update and make the new product geared to performers in general.

Most of my techniques then, and now involve the use of grabbers and high impact package delivery to select prospects... no big internet marketing here. One example was Dan Kennedy sending me a big package for a seminar he was holding with a custom wanted poster, a fifty mil shell with casing, and other materials.

I was wondering if anyone could give some examples of "Outrageous" items they have received in the mail or delivered that made an impact on them.
I can't right now remember the name of the book...

There's a book out there, by a guy who was originally a cartoonist.

In order to get meetings with difficult-to-meet people, he would draw a customized cartoon of them, and send it in the mail!

That got their attention! And he often got his meeting!

Now... you can do this without being a cartoonist...

You can spend maybe $5 or $10 on Fiverr and get someone to do a cartoon for you (based on a photo). Then send it to your prospect...

I've never tried this (I've managed to find other ways to get the meetings I want, so far)... But I think it's something that seems to work! (It would get my attention!)

I know this is slightly different from what you're asking - since it's customized. But it's what popped into my mind!

Could also be worth it to sell high ticket products or services...!

Best wishes, :)
