Do you have goals?

I believe in having goals, or projects to completion.

In fact, I taught (teach?) short term (90 days), mid term ( 1 year) and long term (3 to 5 years) goal setting.

If you don't know what you want, or where you want your life to goal, then you are just blowing in the wind, going with the flow and being all que sera, que sera. Fine.

Talking to someone yesterday about GOAL setting, I detected both despair and defeat in his voice. Many may have a "what's the point" attitude TODAY about the future.

Just MY opinion, but one the best things anyone can do during this Covid-19 nightmare, is prepare for an even better and greater TOMORROW.

Easier said than done. Sure.

You may not be able to hit the gym with all the latest exercise equipment, but you can do your pushups, situps and weights the old fashioned way...if motivated.

Being inconvenienced is not an excuse for quitting.

We're all being inconvenienced right now.

I think GOAL setting and working toward something, a desired result is even more important today than it has ever been. What do you think?
