That's right... In Japan, they're creating their own coffee-infused rice for a new kind of wake-up kick!
How do you make it? First, you make your coffee... They recommend making the coffee using proper coffee grounds.
Then, soak the uncooked rice in the coffee for about 15 minutes.
After soaking it in coffee, boil the rice as usual...
When it's done, you've got coffee-infused rice!
It should give you a "wake up" kick from the coffee!
Many people use the caffeine in coffee as a "kick" to help them "get up and go" or to focus...
If that's you, then this has been another idea you could try... :)
