The link below is to an Article which was written from an Interview with a Google Higher Up on How they conduct meetings. The woman who was interviewed has around 70 meetings a week!
How Google Conducts Meetings (http://yahoo.businessweek.com/smallbiz/content/sep2006/sb20060927_259688.htm)
In amongst the comments was an interesting twist. An Airline used to have meetings that were 2 - 3 hours long. Now their meetings are around 15 minutes or so. What made the difference? Chairs... or should I say... A lack of them. They Removed all the chairs from the meeting room but left the desk. They have Standing Meetings.
Any other Tips you can think of for having Better Meetings?
