If you want to be capable of getting PROFESSIONAL quality printed material from a quality printer, I would suggest that you locate a printer that fits your needs and ask them to guide you with selecting software.
They will even help you familiarize yourself enough with the software so you send them a print ready file.
It saves them time and frustration in the long run.
If you just want to print generic looking ads from your inkjet printer at home, I would think that you could find some preloaded software on your puter to suit your needs
