Looking for ebooks / softwares / scripts

Dear forum members,

I am planning a members only site, where members will get
ebooks & software with master resell rights or resell rights
and ebooks & software without master resell rights (only for knowledge).

So for the above I am looking for:

1. Quality Ebooks or Softwares or Scripts with master resell rights which can be included in a package
2. Quality Ebooks or Softwares or Scripts with resell rights which can be included in a package
3. Quality Ebooks or softwares or scripts without resell rights, only for my members knowledge and I should have the permission to include it in my package. I am ready to pay some good amount for getting rights to quality ebooks.

The above ebooks can be related to subjects like

Internet Marketing
Weight Loss
Cook Book
Home improvement
Traders
Body Building
Dating
Relationship
Hypnotisim
Or any thing which you feel can be added to the above package.

I will highly appreciate some input from members.
