A great forum site I frequent for my "day job" is prepressforums.com
They have post catagories that make it easy to browse only sections of interest. Perhaps have a few sections for "Inspiration"or "Motivation", "New Business Ideas", "Tips", maybe even more specific such as "MLM" and a "Lounge" for off topic conversations and musings. I'm sure others would have some great input. I think it helps organize the site better.
