You are extended an invitation to discuss participating in and possibly engaging in the iterative and cyclical process of sustained, intentional change in a safe, ego-less environment.

Professor Richard Boyatzis of the Coaching Study Group at Case Western Reserve University believes that this process happens through a series of emerging conditions called the 'five discoveries', described briefly as:

1) engaging the ideal self,
2) comparing the real self and the ideal self,
3) mindfully creating a learning plan,
4) experimenting with and practicing new behaviors, thoughts, feelings, or perceptions and
5) assimilating each discovery in a trusting relationship.

If you are interested in further exploring incorporating these discoveries or if you have inquiries about online collaboration on this project please email richard.furlong@hotmail.com

Our Intentional Change Project is new. It is being facilitated by entrepreneur Richard F. residing in Canada. This experience is for people who are resolved to change for the better and who willingly will contribute to and receive benefit from the support of others equally dedicated. It is inspired by Wallace Wattels long forgotten 1910 classic, 'The Science of Getting Rich'.

Our aim is to conceive of intentional change mastery as becoming more comprehensible and achievable (to those honestly seeking). Requirements: honesty and willingness to devote some time and attention each day on defining and forming your ideal self, a willingness to intentionally grow your ideal self in a fulfilling and individually unique way. Active participants and contributors will be asked to keep in regular touch (email, phone, web video, etc). Each person has a base point to begin to develop their own specific personal and business goals. As each one steadily grows, we will come to appreciate what we all have and all that we can be. Our motive is: 'more Life to all and less to none' Thanks Wally, your friend Richard F. Canada.
