Reminds me of...
Hiring students with Bicycles... Paying them $1.00... Ok! inflation $2 Bucks or so... :)
To drive through residential communities and have them put together a list of Addresses and info about Houses that Seriously need Home improvements...
Roofing, Gardening, Paving, Painting etc. etc. as per Gordon's post...
Then Hook up with some well researched Contractor companies and Sell them the Leads and/or Joint Venture... A Relationship with them... ;)
Use a reverse Address/Telephone directory and present the Home owners with a Free customized Hotsheet report about their House Problem(s) offering them a backend Solution!
Once you Start landing those Big ticket Home improvement Contracts multiplied by neighbor referrals...
You'll understand why Guerrilla Marketing with Students and their Bicycles...
Is another “twist” on making Great Money and getting into the Joint Venture Broker business asked about in another thead...
Matching Sad homes with Happy contractors... :)
