but thankfully, we didn't get it as hard as other parts of Ohio. Summit County sits pretty high up, but neighboring counties get hit harder.
I have a friend in Findlay, OH who still has a foot of water in his house. We don't get flooded very often...and the last time I personally got flooded out was less an effect of the weather, and more the fault corrupt govt officials...who allowed OUR water drains to be connected with a NEW development's sewer system.
I feel for anyone who has been in a FLOOD, unless they have insurance, it will be a costly hit to their wallets...but that is nothing compared to those that lost lives with this weather.
And you are right, it's crazy.
