Skip-Thanks for all the hard work- that sounds like a great solution!
One other quick question- since we're heading into winter in the Northeast some of the services James Jones suggested to target might not work at this time of year- such as pressure washing and deck cleaning and driveway repair. Does it make more sense to wait until April to start this or should there be enough businesses to target anyway?
And thanks Christopher for the info on my area- interesting stuff.
