You could do it by having a Domain Resellers account, or by buying Domains wholesale or through a discount program But How are you going to make any Money...
Unfortunately... There isn't much of a Profit margin in just selling Disposible domain names Unless you've got a Creative business Plan to make it all work & more Valuable... Keep in mind Realtors can Do it themselves... And some Do...
Of course Ideas can always be Re-worked and Re-Twisted as we all Constantly Preach... :)
