Is that this domainer has been working the business for 10-years. Not exactly an "over-night-success" story.
Also, I saw where he said in one story he paid "between $70 and $100" for the domain in 1997. Therefore, he's been not only sitting on it, but paying his $10 a year to keep the name.
All in all, pretty darn good investment from where I sit! :)
