Sometimes you can Purchase a variety of specialized information and lists, cd's on businesses, employees, consumer data and all kinds of specialty maps etc...
If it's not available for sale/rent, become involved with your Chamber of Commerce's...
Network and Connect with the right people who have Access to the information you need...
Make sure to keep things Legal... But Remember that kind of information can be Turned into all kinds of business ideas, possibilities and Opportunities... ;)
