There are tons of free classifieds online, some sell your email addy over to other people though so sometimes its hard to find a legit one. Its taking me trial and error over afew years to get it right. Try to focus on ads that can make you the turn around you need if you invest large. Right now I am doing search engine ads but they are a little costly and I'm not sure if your budget could work with that in mind just starting out.
