If it's taken a span of 2 years to reach the level it has, one has to ask the question, "Will it take the same amount of time to get back to pre-recession standards?" Remember for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. If things turned around today it would still take a minimum of 2 years to get back to pre-recession standards.
