Litigious “Sue” everybody society... Easy $$$$...
NO! ... YES! ... MAYBE! ...

Ah... some of this litigiousness is pretty "wack-o"...!
What's next?
Will McDonald's have to teach every customer NOT to eat the wrapper that wraps the burgers?
What if the customer still eats the cardboard box which holds the french fries?
Will KFC have to teach every customer NOT to eat the chicken bones?
Will seafood restaurants have to teach every customer NOT to eat the clam shells and crab shells?
How about utensils? If a customer tries to eat his fork, should the restaurant have taught him the proper way to use it?
We'll have to have a one-hour lesson before we're allowed to eat any meal in any restaurant...
I can see a lot of lawsuits in the future if this one succeeds...!!!
