Based on your domain name and location you'd be Much better off using Hostgator for your requirements, Vs. the current Hosting company you're Attached to... :)

In the meantime, if your web hosting related issues are (Actually) a problem and can't be resolved through Simply business communications. Might just be a better Tax Write-off as a business Expense...

Unless you have Access to a Lawyer for some ''Freebie'' related info...
An Excellent option to Get some Overall general Legal information on without the Big investment before building up any Legal costs...
