Eva, the manual has a copyright that supposedly protects me from people copying and reselling the information.
If you bought the manual, learned the process, actually did a hundred or so sets of lights yourself, then you'd have your own experience to write about, and your own knowledge to share. Also, once you have put in the work to gather the information, and the work of putting it all together into a product, it's very likely your whole view of copyright would change markedly.
If you merely rewrite in 'your own words', without knowing what its really all about, then I would consider that a copyright violation. Not that that means much these days.
It does to me, that's why I asked. Not really into cleaning headlights but it seems to be a model that works for you. I know several people that would be interested but can't even fork up the money required for the tutorial. Just trying to figure if there was anything I could do for them,
