Part 2. Am about to invest in Gordon's Chatteling report. Any UK sowpubbers able to tell me how well the process works over this side of the pond. Only reason I ask is that Craigslist seems pretty light on reasonably priced offerings in Kent.

I'm not in the UK (I'm in the land downunder, the one that Kylie Minogue, Clive James, and Rolf Harris all fled from!)... However...
I've noticed that "Gumtree" is often "bigger" outside of the USA than Craigslist, so you might want to try that...
