The thought occurs to me that your student
offering the balloons, is in a great position to
be offering complete birthday "packages" for
kids and even adult birthdays.
The packages could incorporate the services
of a clown or magician. If a meal is to be included
the services of a caterer could be added for a price.
Your student, acting as middleman/coordinator
takes a cut for offering the services without
the cost of providing anything other than the
balloons.
She'd be the recommended party planner/event
coordinator for each of her bakery customers.
