Holy Camoly......you folks are missing this Niche!
I just found another big "National" FSBO website ....
"www.HomesByOwner.com"
My goodness.....for 7 bux, you can register a domain for your area; "HomesByOwnerDenver.com" or "HomesByOwnerToledo.com"......put up a free "Kompozer" web page and put up some FSBO Listings that you've grabbed from somewhere (to show you ALREADY have some clients)(no one wants to be First).....then offer other FSBOs the "opportunity" to have THEIR FSBO Listing on YOUR FSBO site.
Do some local classifieds and even post your site on Craig's List.....any number of ways to promote YOUR....LOCAL......FSBO site.
Geez Willickers......if I was younger....I'd jump on THIS like a frog on a bug.
