Sorry for that... (For those who don't know, the forum was down for a day or so...)
There was a technical issue, which our web host (FastURL (https://www.fasturl.com/)) helped us to overcome...
I've found that they've always provided "above and beyond the call" support!
So, hopefully we're over that "speed bump" and back to business!
