Also.....I must mention the following: Since we are sending EMAILS.....the ONE Topic that MOST "Gurus" never mention in their Reports or Seminars or Courses.....about "Getting Clients with Email" is......the "SUBJECT" Line!
Heck.....if your email is not powerful enough to STOP the receiver in their tracks and FORCE THEM to OPEN......YOUR EMAIL.....kiss it off.....you are wasting your time!
So.....WHAT will GRAB A RE AGENT BY THE "GREED GLANDS".....ATTRACT THEIR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION and cause them to CLICK ON YOUR EMAIL!
Get a piece of paper and mark this down!....."THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY THEY'RE TRYING TO SELL!"
Let's say the address of one of their Listings is "1326 S Main, Denver, CO"
So.....you send an email with the subject "Re: 1326 S Main, Denver CO"
When this Subject Line shows up in the Agent's List of emails to open.... and he/she KNOWS.....this is the address of one of the properties they're trying to sell......do YOU think the Agent will delete it?
Horse-Hockey! So.....they click on the link and see YOUR "Promo Video" with the Agent's PHOTO on the FIRST PAGE of the Video!
You think this Agent "might" be interested"?
Anyways......this is the absolute BEST.....SUBJECT LINE ATTENTION GETTER I'VE EVER KNOWN......because it has the Agent's Interest in mind!
Anyways......think about this and know that......YOU can make a BUNDLE with THIS technique in the next few months.....before the "Home-Buying" Season is over after Labor Day.
