Didn't realize these backyard ponds were so popular.
Retreats, in the backyard, heavily hidden with evergreens, often a gazebo with fire pit, and with sound barriers too...are being built by the affluent.
Another big ticket item doing well is the driveway/garage floor covering guys, here is one locally

Again, these types of businesses have a target market which can afford them, not many Koi ponds in "Old Cuyahoga Falls" (where a quarter acre lot is the norm) but in New CF, where there are 2 to 5 acre "estates", there is a huge demand, I'm sure every area has some "new" money estates being built.
