Heard it through the grapevine. J.J. Luna is ready for his next adventure, I believe he is offering his book royalties and his list for 50K cash. Surely you've read How to be Invisible, as every good fly low and collect the dough type SHOULD have.
If memory serves, both DAX (Dean F.V.DuVall) and Green Tree Press were asking 1M for their stuff, which I thought was dated and probably couldn't be revived....so, 50K for a book in it's fourth and fifth editions and 8k on your list might be a bargain. If anything, this herd is growing to grow in the next few years as more people look for ways to stay under the radar.
