Somehow the link in your post (http://www.writerstollbooth.com/apv2017.pdf) takes us to: http://www.writerstollbooth.com/2017apv.pdf which results in a "404 Not found" error.

Thanks Roger, I redid it. Seems to work now. Damn Russian hackers (or more likely, I probably did something wrong.
