The Tater Tots Awards

Our distinguished group of judges 7 judges (okay,
me and a six pack!), are awarding the following prestigious awards....

Lifetime Achievement Award to Gordon Alexander
for his work in Square One.

Best get of your butt and do something....
Jim Erskine for his book, The 60 Minute Start-up.
Beats 10 days by 9 days, 23 hours. Way to go, Jim.

Michael Ross gets 2 awards.
1 for the art of leverage. Showing how anyone
can start a business with some flyers and some
gumption.
2 for his great message on his website...get of
the computer and go do something!

Okay, he gets 3 but he's got to share this one
with Dien...for the Entrepreneur Hotsheets.

Well, thats it. Any death threats, love letters,
bribes or recommendations for next year...
feel free to email me! Especially the bribes...
I take paypal!

Wow, I agree with this.... It's a great way to put your life in perspective.... :)

Heheh, I agree - great book!

You bet! From working with Michael, let me tell you - he practices what he preaches, so he knows his stuff. It's not some "malarkey" theory.... :)

The bottom line is - life is MUCH easier when you know how to use leverage. Practically everyone who's made it "big" has used a big dose of leverage to help them along.

If you're struggling in the "rat race" - either as an employee, or in your own business - the reason WHY you're struggling, 99% of the time, is because you're not using any leverage.

If you become one of the few who DO use leverage, life is easier.... I'm starting to do it myself, since the penny finally dropped for me on this one!

It makes the impossible, possible.

Joe, the check is in the mail.... ;)

If I were to add some awards, I'd add....

Jim Straw - excellent reports! I've gotten a whole lot out of them....

Don Alm - Ideas man extra-ordinaire! All those light bulbs from his ideas could power an entire city!

Gordon Alexander and Rick Smith - they really helped me "get out of my rut and into my groove"! (Jamaican accent) Ya mon, I'm groovin' now, mon....

Hey Joe, you've posted some great stuff too. You should get an award too, for all the excellent tips and tecniques you've shared, since the early days of the forum!

And "Tater Tots" awards? You should get an award just for the NAME ! :)

Thanks Joe, your post made my day! :)
