Now don't get me wrong.. Didn't make a killing, but I bought a domain late last week, followed the bouncing ball, and doubled my money.

Got another one in mind, and I'm betting I can triple the price of this one!

What domain did you sell? How did you calculate the value of your domain name?

I must have missed the link to the information by Ankesh. Can you reply with a post? Thank you.

Basically, I have 80 or so domains related to marketing tools... and am working on developing them, but may sell a few of them too. I just don't know how to value them!

Or if someone has ideas on how to market them, let me know! Right now I have them set up mostly as blogs, but also have a few sales page sites as well.

No big deal on my sale. I was just wanting to "get my feet wet" so I bought a domain (UFO-Times.com), put it up on Ebay 3-days later, and sold it for $20.

Not a shouter, but I wanted to get one turned ASAP, just to see what would happen.

Sold the domain to a guy in the UK, who will now develop it to his liking. I think what helped move the site, is the fact that one of the big cable/satellite sites will have a new UFO show beginning in February, 2008.

Ankesh had some information for sale on the subject. It was a "limited Edition", and he sold out in 3-4 days.
